Vancouver Finds: Mussels in vancouver

These are mussels from Les Faux bourgeois. Its a mariniere style which is pretty classical garlic butter white wine and parsley. Mussels were still large and juicy showing the chef has good control over the element. Additionally no disagreable rotten eghs taste that is sometimes found in undercooked mussels.
